Welcome to Insomnia Land

How to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Can't sleep? I know the feeling.

martin reedMy name is Martin Reed.

I was up late one night a few years ago with another bout of insomnia. I turned on the computer and started doing some research.

I was looking for some genuine insomnia information, help, advice and support.

Unfortunately all I found were spam blogs with no credibility, websites looking to sell their products, and pages full of medical jargon.

So I created Insomnia Land.

Since 2009 I have been researching insomnia and sharing my findings on this website. My private insomnia support forum has attracted over 600 members who have shared over 7,000 forum posts about their sleep.

I get frustrated when insomnia sufferers tell me that sleeping pills were the only insomnia treatment they were offered. I get concerned when I hear from people who tell me they've been taking sleeping pills for years. Sleeping pills do not cure insomnia.

I figured out how to beat my insomnia without sleeping pills and I'll help you do the same.

My free sleep training course has helped thousands of people beat their insomnia and permanently improve their sleep without having to rely on sleeping pills.

I am a recognized sleep expert at HealthCentral and Insomnia Land was declared one of the best sleep disorder blogs of 2015 by Healthline.

Insomnia is misunderstood. People who do not struggle with sleep simply don’t understand the frustration, the loneliness, the desperation. I want to bring more awareness to insomnia and offer a refuge of support and genuine information. You are capable of healthy, fulfilling, natural sleep.
