Bad sex? Blame the insomnia!

According to sleep specialists, insomnia can be bad for your sex life. Perhaps unsurprisingly, sleepiness and fatigue results in a loss of interest in sex. Low energy and increased tension can even result in sexual dysfunction.

Yet another reason why you should stop ignoring your insomnia and start looking for that elusive cure, unless of course, you want to cling onto an excuse for that last performance.
