We recently read an interesting article about the increasing popularity of belly dancing. As well as being a fun way of keeping fit, it could offer other health benefits – including insomnia relief.
We’re not sure that belly dancing specifically is the real insomnia relief here; it’s probably the act of exercise itself. That being said, it’s further reinforcement that living a healthy, active lifestyle can help you sleep better – and if belly dancing helps you start a fitness regime, we can heartily recommend you give it a try.

As a bellydancer, I have a lot of doubt about this suggesstion. Interesting idea, though!
