TreeHugger recently wrote about the a.d.o. clothing line which uses fabric dyed with natural ingredients – some of which will apparently help relieve your insomnia. We’re not entirely convinced.
The premise sounds similar to aromatherapy (which does help some insomniacs) but surely once you wash your clothes a couple of times, any supposed benefits are lost?
We’re tempted to put this one down as another insomnia gimmick.
