Only yesterday we said that we doubt there is such a thing as an insomnia ‘expert’. Whilst we are sticking to our guns on that one, we have to say that every now and then we do come across some genuinely interesting and valuable knowledge about sleep and its associated disorders once you filter out all the spam and oft-repeated but ultimately worthless advice.
Science News recently published a special issue on sleep titled, ‘The Science of Slumber‘ and quite frankly, we think you’d be mad not to read it.
On a less-serious sidenote, the report tells us that if you’re sleeping more than 3 hours out of every 24, you’re doing better than a donkey!
