Hardly a big surprise – research from the UK demonstrated that caffeine consistently improved memory, attention and performance in a randomized study of workers.
What was most interesting was their finding that caffeine was more effective than taking a nap when it came to improving concentration.
So if you’re an insomniac fed up of reading about how bad insomnia is for your health, here’s something a little more positive for you. Don’t worry about missing out on naps – caffeine works better anyway!
