We just finished reading an article over at Pattaya Daily News about sleep deprivation causes and prevention. It’s a rather run-of-the-mill article, but we found one section particularly interesting – sleeping positions.
Whilst there can be no doubt that a bad sleeping position can’t be good for your body in the long term, we question whether it’s really a contributing cause of insomnia. We do accept that it could reduce the quality of your sleep, though so we’ll pass the advice on by way of this helpful graphic:
