FOX 9 news recently shared a list of foods that create serotonin to help you relax. We’ve written about different foods and how they could help relieve your insomnia symptoms before.
Their suggestions were new to us, though:
- Popcorn
- Oatmeal
- Yogurt with nuts
- Sesame seeds
- Pretzels
Now, we don’t know about you, but barring (perhaps) the inclusion of oatmeal and yogurt, that sounds like a movie-goers diet to us. Maybe movie nights are a little-known insomnia cure? Perhaps it’s more related to your choice of movie.
Either way, we felt obliged to share.
