Pink silk pajamas are unlikely to be a universal insomnia cure

Remember when we suggested ‘more sleep‘ as your New Year’s resolution? Well, if you’re after some inspiration, look no further than the sleep challenge running over at The Huffington Post.

One of the worst aspects of insomnia is the feeling of battling it alone – so it’s always good to be reminded that you are not alone. What’s more, this sleep challenge involves real people trying new techniques – some seem to work, others don’t.

Solving insomnia is often a long journey involving a lot of experimentation – some might find that wearing pink silk pajamas gets them right in the mood for sleep. For others, some mental arithmetic might help them drop off.
