Allow us to suggest a New Year’s resolution for you – more sleep.
If you’re a chronic insomniac, you’re probably yelling at your screen right now telling us that’s exactly what you want! This post is directed mainly at those who aren’t long term insomniacs, though. We want to take a moment to talk directly to those who don’t get enough sleep and who don’t take sleep deprivation seriously.
Not getting enough sleep has negative effects on your health and it can be dangerous to you and others around you. So, if you’re not getting enough sleep, please make it your priority for 2010.
