Yoga poses for insomnia

We’ve written before about yoga relieving insomnia – we even provided you with an insomnia yoga pose. Well, now we want to go one step further and give you a few more to try.

India Today recently shared five yoga poses for insomnia. They include:

  • Padahastasana
  • Bharamari Pranayama
  • Dhanurasana
  • Sashankasana
  • Savasana

You can head over to their site for full instructions and photographs – we found it hard enough just typing out each of the names!
