Ted Buss is an insomniac from Wichita Falls. He'd heard that a good trick was to concentrate on suspending your tongue in your mouth without letting it touch your cheeks, the roof or the bottom of your mouth.
It doesn't sound like this technique worked for Ted, but as long as you're not performing this trick in front of an audience, what have you got to lose?!
