I Wasn't A Believer In Brainwave Entrainment - Until I Used It To Get 8 Hours Sleep Every Night

When I was suffering from insomnia, I tried everything. Bedtime was frustrating. Nights were long. I would wake up feeling exhausted. I knew that sleeping pills were not the answer. After some research I found that brainwave entrainment is actually more effective than sleeping pills.

When I tried brainwave entrainment for the first time, it didn't work. It turns out that most of the products out there are garbage. So I decided to create my own brainwave entrainment sessions. After spending hundreds of dollars and hours of testing, I got it. I fell asleep within 15 minutes and slept for 8 hours.

Brainwave entrainment is  safe, natural and easy.  All you do is get into bed, relax and listen to the sessions. You don't even need headphones (although they are recommended for best results).

Sleep seems to come so naturally to everyone else,
but it seems impossible for you

Most people that dish out insomnia advice don't know what insomnia is really like. When you follow their advice your sleep won't improve.

This is not your fault. Most insomnia advice doesn't work. Most of it is stuff that has been shared for years without any thought as to whether or not it actually works.

Your sleep hasn't improved because:

1) You've damaged your sleep health with bad lifestyle habits
2) You're following advice that just does not work

Here is what you need to do to beat your insomnia:

Two key things that will make all the difference

1. Start improving your sleep hygiene by making simple lifestyle changes. Start by removing all clocks from your bedroom. If you rely on an alarm clock to wake you up in the morning, turn it away so you can't see the time. When I removed the alarm clock from my bedroom I saw a massive increase in the quality of my sleep.

When you start making simple changes that are often the root cause of your insomnia your sleep will improve and you will put far less pressure on yourself to sleep.

(This is just one basic lifestyle change you can make to improve your sleep. I have lots more to share).

Note: In Insomnia Tracks I share a ton of lifestyle tips that will dramatically improve your sleep. I will give you the exact techniques I personally use to sleep well every single night. From the exact foods you should eat (and avoid) to the best forms of exercise and highly effective relaxation techniques.

2. Use brainwave entrainment to deal with the root cause of your insomnia and improve your sleep forever.

Brainwave entrainment sessions are sound tracks that contain very focused and specific rhythmic pulses.

The brain gives off an electrical signal whenever it receives messages from one of our senses. This is called a Cortical Evoked Response (shown left). These electrical responses become what you see and hear.

When the brain hears rhythmic sounds, it copies these rhythms in the form of electrical pulses. These rhythms can copy the natural rhythms of the brain, called brainwaves.

When this happens, the brain matches up its own electric cycles to the same rhythm. This is called the Frequency Following Response (again, shown left).

Different brainwaves put our minds in different states. Insomnia Tracks is designed to emit frequencies associated with sleep, relaxation and a deep meditative state.

The result is natural, effortless, uninterrupted sleep.

The sessions can also help reduce anxiety, stress and even chronic pain.

The best thing about brainwave entrainment is that after a while, you don't even need to listen to the sessions anymore. Eventually your brain will learn to produce sleep promoting brainwaves on its own.

I would now like to teach you everything I've learned about using these 2 strategies and many other insomnia busting tips that
worked for me and will work for you:

Insomnia Tracks is the most powerful and
effective sleep improvement product you can buy

If you are serious about beating your insomnia and improving your sleep, you should pay attention now. Insomnia Tracks is:

  • Easy to use
  • Completely safe

Unlimited Insomnia Support

As a customer of Insomnia Tracks, you get free, guaranteed lifetime access to the Insomnia Land forum.

Our private, members-only forum has more than 400 members and over 6,000 posts full of genuine insomnia help, support and advice.

It's a place full of people who know exactly what you are going through.

Take a Listen

You can listen to four 1 minute samples taken at different stages of the 50 minute long
Sleep Starter brainwave entrainment session below:

As you will hear, the sound pulses start at a higher frequency and slow down as the session progresses.

This session works by guiding your mind down to a deep Delta state, with a stop at 7.83 Hz (you can hear this in the Minute 14 to Minute 15 sample) to help get rid of any mental chatter.

The white noise or hissing you hear is intentional. It is there to make the sound pulses easier to listen to.

If possible, listen to the samples above through your speakers, then listen again through headphones. Headphones pick up a lot more detail and that's why they're recommended for best results (but they aren't required).

It Is Easy

When you buy Insomnia Tracks, you get immediate access to everything.

The Quick Start Guide and Sleep Hygiene Guide are downloadable PDF documents. You can download and read these on your computer or you can print them once you've downloaded them.

Answers to your questions

What is brainwave entrainment?
Our brains are made up of billions of neurons. These brain cells use electricity to communicate with each other. When millions of these cells communicate at the same time, it creates a huge level of electrical activity in the brain that can be detected with medical devices such as EEGs (electroencephalograms).

This activity follows a cyclical, wavelike pattern – hence the term brainwave. We now know that these brainwaves change depending on what we’re doing. For example, when we’re sleeping our brainwaves are significantly different compared to the brainwaves of someone wide awake. Further research has shown that it’s actually possible to manipulate these brainwaves to change a person’s mental state. This is precisely how Insomnia Tracks works.
How does Insomnia Tracks work?
By listening to brainwave entrainment sessions, it is possible to guide the brain into generating specific brainwaves through mimicry. Basically, the brain likes to mimic what it hears. When it hears a slow, regular beat the brain will create brainwaves that match this frequency. If you listen to brainwave entrainment sessions that pulse at a frequency of 5 Hz, you induce brainwaves in the Theta range. If you listen to brainwave entrainment sessions that pulse at a frequency of 10 Hz, you induce brainwaves in the Alpha range, and so on. This is known as the Frequency Following Response.

We know that different brainwaves put our minds in different states. For example, Gamma frequencies are the most frequent and are associated with high mental activity. Beta frequencies are associated with alertness and concentration. Alpha frequencies are associated with relaxation and contemplation. Theta brainwaves are associated with deep states of relaxation, meditation and light sleep. Delta brainwaves are the slowest frequencies and are associated with the deepest levels of sleep.

Insomnia Tracks is designed to emit frequencies associated with sleep, relaxation and a deep meditative state. Brainwave entrainment sessions can also help reduce anxiety, stress and even chronic pain.
Is Insomnia Tracks a collection of relaxation CDs?
Absolutely not.

Brainwave entrainment is completely different to any relaxation CD or sound therapy you’ve tried before. Relaxation tapes may make you feel relaxed, but they will not tackle the root cause of your insomnia. The brainwave entrainment sessions in Insomnia Tracks will. Give the product a try and you’ll soon notice the difference.
When will I see results?
Everyone is different. Typically, you should see improvements in your sleep after a few weeks if you listen to the sessions regularly (5-7 times per week). However, you may notice small improvements in the first few days. Major changes in your brainwave patterns will normally take a few months and around 30-60 listening sessions.

Eventually you will entrain your brain to produce sleep promoting brainwaves on its own so you will no longer need Insomnia Tracks to fall asleep or stay asleep.
Is brainwave entrainment safe?
Brainwave entrainment is completely safe, although the following groups of people should not purchase or use Insomnia Tracks:

Pregnant women
Those who wear a pacemaker
Those who are prone to seizures
Those who are photosensitive.

If you are under the influence of medication or drugs, you should consult a physician before using Insomnia Tracks.

If you’re currently taking sleeping pills, speak to your doctor about a progressive withdrawal from the medication. Bear in mind that your body (and brain) will need some time to recover from the effects of the sleeping pills as you come off them.

Insomnia Tracks is not to be used whilst under the influence of alcohol or other mood altering substances and you should never listen to any of the sessions whilst driving or operating machinery.
Do I need headphones or special audio equipment?
You do not need headphones to use Insomnia Tracks. That being said, headphones will enhance the effectiveness of the brainwave entrainment sessions. After purchasing Insomnia Tracks, you can download all of the sessions in MP3 format. You can then transfer these to your MP3 player or burn them to a CD.
Can I buy Insomnia Tracks on CD?
Yes! I can mail you CDs that contain all the brainwave entrainment sessions in MP3 format after you purchase Insomnia Tracks. There is a small additional processing fee of $25 to cover processing and postage anywhere in the world. Please make sure your CD player can play MP3 files before ordering.
Is Insomnia Tracks for me?
If you’ve read this far, then the answer is probably yes! Insomnia Tracks will help if you:

Take sleeping pills to help you sleep
Find it difficult to fall asleep
Wake up frequently during the night
Wake up during the night and can’t fall back to sleep
Are awake for days at a time
Can’t switch your brain off at night
Find anxiety prevents you from sleeping
Are always tired and feel groggy during the day
I've wasted a lot of money on other insomnia remedies. I'm skeptical about this.
We're both in the same boat. I started out buying those same remedies, and ended up having to figure it out on my own. That's exactly why I created Insomnia Tracks: to improve my sleep and help other people get results.
Is there any science behind brainwave entrainment?
Many doctors and professionals in the fields of psychology and neurology rely on brainwave entrainment to treat people for a wide variety of issues.

Brainwave entrainment has proved particularly effective at combating insomnia and retraining the brain to sleep deeply and naturally.

Here are just a few scientific papers that explore brainwave entrainment and other important aspects in this field:
