We just finished reading an interesting article over at The Frisky titled, 'Since Women Are More Sleep-Deprived, Is Insomnia A Feminist Issue?' It's a light-hearted post and worth a quick read.
The article raises some interesting issues and got us thinking - are women really more susceptible to insomnia than men? If that's the case, why? Is it because of the 'double shift' women often put in (looking after the kids, house and partner once they get home from work) or is it because women need to work harder to prove themselves just as capable as men?
Maybe you think both of these potential reasons are just stereotypes? Either way, we'd love to hear your thoughts.
