We already know that magnesium supplements may help those suffering from restless leg syndrome, but are there any other natural remedies for this condition?
Well, I recently stumbled across a few more so we thought we'd share them with you today.
B vitamins, particularly folic acid, can help alleviate the symptoms of restless leg syndrome - however, care should be taken to ensure that you don't take folic acid without incorporating all the other B vitamins since they work together in a group. Vitamin B-Complex is a good branded option.

Calcium is known to be helpful in relieving nocturnal leg cramps and some sufferers of restless leg syndrome have said that calcium can help their symptoms if taken shortly before bed. As we mentioned earlier, magnesium may also help - it has been suggested that the dose be at a ratio of 2:1 (two amounts of calcium for every one amount of magnesium).

Daytime exercise has been shown to help those with nocturnal periodic leg movements. Both intense, short-term exercise and long-term exercise improve symptoms and help sufferers fall asleep faster and stay asleep for longer.

Furthermore, I recently came across two specific branded products aimed at those with restless leg syndrome (LegCalm) and leg cramps (Leg Cramp Away) that may be worth further investigation.
