A diet recommendation for sufferers of circadian rhythm sleep disorder

If you find that you sleep and wake at odd hours, you might be suffering from circadian rhythm sleep disorder. If you are trying to fight the condition by forcing yourself to go to bed and wake up at more 'normal' times, you could well end up with symptoms of insomnia.

If this sounds familiar, you might want to try observing the following diet recommendation published over at NewsMax. Dr Sidney Baker recommends eating protein in your morning meals (particularly fish, eggs, dairy products, nuts, soy, beans and meat) and carbohydrates in your evening meals in order to relieve insomnia.

Unfortunately there's no explanation as to why this could help, but its unlikely to do any harm to give these suggestions a try.
