We've written before about how your computer screen may cause insomnia (and more recently, how the iPad could make sleep difficult).
Now, a new study of 2,417 clerks at local government offices found that working with a computer screen for 6 or more hours per day was significantly associated with insomnia.
Perhaps the increased use of computers in our daily lives is linked to the growing prevalence of insomnia. Either way, more research needs to be done.
We can't afford to ignore this issue.
