A couple of years ago we warned you away from curry - apparently, spicy foods can make sleep more difficult.
However, for the curry enthusiast there may now be hope.
Gurpareet Bains is an Anglo-Indian chef who claims to have created a curry that will help people sleep. He says that his lamb masala curry can produce effects similar to sleeping pills.
The recipe appears in his cookbook, Indian Superfood - apparently, the secret ingredient is nutmeg.
Supposedly, nutmeg has psychoactive properties if consumed in large quantities. Mr Bains' recipe uses one tablespoon of nutmeg for four servings of the dish.
The recipe's creator advises people to eat no more than one portion in a 24 hour period. It's also worth noting that experts also advise against eating more than half a nutmeg over the course of 24 hours.
A curry that helps you sleep? Sounds like a perfect combination to us - although it's probably not recommended for children or women who are pregnant or nursing!
