How to address travel related insomnia

No, we're not talking about high altitude vacations or even the fact that 18% of Americans report insomnia whilst on vacation. Instead, we're referring to insomnia as a result of frequent traveling - typically business related travel.

Insomnia is a major complaint amongst travelers and many either accept the fact their sleep will suffer when they're on the road, or they'll travel with enough pills to qualify as a pharmaceutical salesperson!

If you're a frequent traveler who suffers with insomnia whilst on the road (or you live in a noisy environment that makes sleep difficult), you may want to check out the SOUND+SLEEP Nomad.
