Insomniacs rejoice: caffeine is more effective than sleep anyway

Hardly a big surprise - research from the UK demonstrated that caffeine consistently improved memory, attention and performance in a randomized study of workers.

What was most interesting was their finding that caffeine was more effective than taking a nap when it came to improving concentration.
