Insomnia can be lonely - you are awake at night, when everyone else is sleeping. The internet can offer some relief, but it can't make up for real, human contact.
You don't want to wake up your partner, so you either continue struggling to sleep or admit defeat and get out of the bedroom. It's at these times that you can feel the most alone.
That's why it is good to be reminded that you aren't alone. When our online community launches, it will be a place of support and understanding. We want to make insomnia more social. Is that possible? Our success is down to you.
Improve your sleep in two weeks: Over 5,000 insomniacs have completed my free insomnia sleep training course and 97% of graduates say they would recommend it to a friend. Learn more here.
