I was up late one night a few years ago with another bout of insomnia. I turned on the computer and started doing some research.
I was looking for some genuine insomnia information, help, advice and support.
Unfortunately all I found were spam blogs with no credibility, websites looking to sell their products, and pages full of medical jargon.
So I created Insomnia Land.
Since 2009 I have been researching insomnia and sharing my findings on this website. My private insomnia support forum has attracted over 600 members who have shared over 7,000 forum posts about their sleep.
I get frustrated when insomnia sufferers tell me that sleeping pills were the only insomnia treatment they were offered. I get concerned when I hear from people who tell me they've been taking sleeping pills for years. Sleeping pills do not cure insomnia.
