Certain songs and even certain musical instruments can help you fall asleep.
I recently discovered that in the UK there's actually a 'kip' (a British word for sleep) chart that's updated every year.
The UK Kip Chart is put together by Travelodge who survey 2,000 adults to learn what artists people are listening to to help them fall asleep.
The latest UK Kip Chart for 2012 saw Adele win for the second time in a row.
The previous holders of the number 1 spot (Coldplay) sit in second place and Snow Patrol lie in third.

The complete 'sleep artist' top 10 is:
- Adele
- Coldplay
- Snow Patrol
- Barry White
- One Direction
- Michael Bublé
- Cliff Richard
- Frank Sinatra
- Take That
- Guns N Roses
In case you're interested, the most popular Adele songs for sleep were found to be Skyfall, Someone Like You and Chasing Pavements.
The study also took a wider look at music-listening habits and found that more than 80% of Brits feel that listening to music helps them get a good night's sleep.
20% of those surveyed were fans of classical music, with Mozart, Beethoven and Bach being the most popular composers.
