This is our first post!

We love twitter, and we've been on there for around a month now. However, it's time to expand our efforts - we want to engage with more insomniacs and sleep sufferers and that's hard to do with a 140 character limit. We'll still be on twitter, but now we'll be blogging as well.

We won't be posting essays here. Instead, we will be posting snippets of news about sleep disorders that we find interesting. We can't guarantee that all of of our posts will be relevant to insomnia; as we have said in our about page, we want to be respectful but we want to have a bit of fun at the same time.

We'll draw this post to a close now. Short and sweet, but exciting. This is going to be the start of something great.
