I am a firm believer in yoga as a sleep aid - I've heard from a large number of people who have told me how it has improved the quality of their sleep.
As a result, today I want to share a basic yoga routine that can try at home:
Step 1: Centering
Step 2: Legs up the wall
Step 3: Cobbler's pose
Step 4: Seated spinal twise
Step 5: Child's pose
Step 6: Happy baby
Step 7: Supta Baddha Konasana
Step 8: Corpse pose
If you're new to yoga, click the source link below for full descriptions of each of these poses.
Yoga shouldn't be overwhelming, and you shouldn't think it's too difficult for you.
Follow the instructions, listen to your body and just do the best you can. A few simple poses really can improve the quality of your sleep.
